I KEEP WRITING

The sadness you brought me 

I’ve kept them 

The tears you gave me 

I’ve stored them 

The lessons you taught me 

I’ve learned them 

The memories you left me 

I keep admiring and 

The reasons you gave me 

I keep writing. 

The questions you asked me 

I keep asking myself over and over 

Finding answers and- 

Reasoning deep though 

Your footprints in my heart seems tormenting 

Yet it’s so hard to wipe away completely with the mop of moving on 

Cause the fear of forgetting you completely 

Stands tall in the hall way of my mind.
